Health & Vitality is a family practice and functional medicine clinic in Orem, Utah, founded in 2018 by Arlene Johnston, DNP, FNP-C. Unusually for functional medicine, the clinic accepts most major insurance plans, and it also treats patients nationwide by telehealth. Services span bioidentical hormone replacement, thyroid and gut health, medical weight loss, sexual health and genetic testing, alongside a MedSpa offering Botox and Dysport, dermal and lip fillers, Morpheus8, Votiva, IPL, DiolazeXL laser hair removal and PRP hair restoration. The clinical team includes internal medicine physician Allan Jeffery, DO, and three nurse practitioners, with English, Spanish and Portuguese spoken on site.
