Havasu Aesthetics is a locally owned boutique medical spa in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It was founded roughly nine years ago by Ashley Schmiedeknecht-Alvarado, BSN, RN, an aesthetic nurse injector and licensed aesthetician, and operates as an independently run studio in which each provider manages their own services, pricing and booking schedule. Injectable treatments are RN-led under the medical oversight of Dr. Andres Alvarado, MD, the practice's medical director. Services include Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP therapies, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, permanent makeup, lashes and nails, with evening and weekend appointments available.
