To say that doctor is in the blood of Dr. Jodie Meredith, would be an understatement. She comes from four generations of doctors, two of whom graduated at the top of their class, and yes, she is one of them. The other, her grandfather (Dr. H.C. Meredith), was an important role model growing up. Upon receiving her degree in Kinesiology from William & Mary, one year early, she decided to explore the notion of working in an oral health profession. During her time as an assistant at an oral surgery practice, she developed a passion for the science and craft of dentistry. She would parlay this passion into a stellar career as a dental student at the VCU School of Dentistry. At which time she would also come to realize the key to continued success and top tier care for her patients depended on her desire to never stop being a student.
