Grover Health & Wellness is a physician-led, cash-pay functional and integrative medicine practice in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with an aesthetics division called Aesthetica by Grover Health. It was founded by Dr. Keshav Grover, who trained at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine and has a background in facial plastic surgery. Clinical focus areas include autoimmune disorders, gut health and IBS, thyroid and adrenal hormone imbalance, brain fog and fatigue, and metabolic and weight health including GLP-1 therapy. The aesthetics side offers Botox and neuromodulators, dermal and lip fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, and PDO thread lifts.
