Genesis was built not just as a business, but as a mission. While working as a travel nurse, C’aira discovered the world of IV hydration and medical aesthetics — and fell in love with the idea of helping others heal, rejuvenate, and thrive outside of the hospital setting. She envisioned a place where healthcare could meet self-care, prevention could be prioritized, and wellness could be accessible. Genesis was created with her family and her community in mind — to offer services that would promote longevity, vitality, and a higher quality of life. In October of 2024, C’aira experienced a devastating loss when her father passed away unexpectedly. Genesis had always been part of her plan to help heal and support her family, and this loss could have stopped her journey. Instead, it became the catalyst for a deeper commitment.
