Sani Kohen, D.C., founded Functional Restoration Institute, specializing in treating nerve and fascia-related dysfunctions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from Hofstra University in New York and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, with a focus on Sports Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Neuromuscular Advanced Imaging. Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Dr. Sani came to the United States at the age of 16 to pursue a passion for basketball. Overcoming a chronic knee injury with regenerative medicine and chiropractic care sparked an interest in human physiology and biomechanics.
