FREDERICK NORFOLK Dr. Norfolk is from Watertown, New York and has been in New England since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1989. In 1993 he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Norfolk is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Worcester District Dental Society and he volunteered at Bridge Over Troubled Waters providing dental care to homeless individuals.
