About Fox Family Dental

Dr Joanna Fox established Fox Family Dental in 2018. She has been practicing general dentistry in Cumberland County since 2013, and she has fallen in love with Southern Maine. Dr Fox s interest in dentistry and oral health promotion dates back to her youth in Canada. Dr Fox grew up in Woodstock, New Brunswick. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton. While studying at UNB she was a leading member of the Women s Varsity Reds basketball team. She thoroughly enjoyed the athletic competition and lasting friendships made while playing for the V-Reds. Dr. Fox is a proud citizen of both the United States and Canada. After finishing up at UNB, she moved to the United States to attend Tufts University School of Dental medicine in Boston, MA. This is where she learned the fundamentals of general dentistry, and she gained valuable experience treating complex patients.
