Dr. Fortner earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio, which has consistently been ranked as one of the top dental schools in the nation. He did his undergraduate work at West Texas State University and Texas Tech University. Dr. Fortner has been providing quality dental care to families in Lubbock and the surrounding communities for the past 25 years. Dr. Fortner has recently built a state-of-the-art facility to ensure you and your family have the best of dental care using the most up-to-date techniques and materials.
