A credit card is required to be kept on file to reserve an appointment. Respectfully, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. In the event that 48 hours' notice is not given for any cancellations or changes, Forever Flawless Aesthetics, LLC reserves the right to charge your credit card on file. If you cancel or make changes between 25-48 hours in advance, you will be charged 20% of the regular rate of the service scheduled. If you cancel or make changes between 0-24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the regular rate of service scheduled. If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule your appointment and you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service originally scheduled.
