After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University Dental School in 2004, Dr. Hiren Patel practiced in Connecticut for four years. Because he found Matthews to be a balanced place to raise a family, he made NC his home. After running a successful dental office in Charlotte for 10 years, Dr. Patel opened a second practice – First-in-Smiles Dentistry – right here in Matthews! He has been helping your neighbors smile with confidence since 2018. Passionate about dentistry and learning, Dr. Patel regularly advances his knowledge with continuing education. To ensure your family has access to the most comprehensive treatment planning and advanced dental care, Dr. Patel has pursued extensive post graduate training with the prestigious Spears Institute and International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI).
