In 2000, Amy took an interest in exercise and nutrition and worked as a personal trainer/group exercise instructor and ran a nutrition program at a local gym. Her interest grew from there and she continued her education and completed a degree in Nursing. For nearly a decade she worked in the ICU caring for Salem s sickest patients. It was then that the importance of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle became so abundantly important. With the desire to learn and grow, Amy continued her education and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Natural looking results along with protecting the skin barrier with quality products is what Amy is passionate about. She leads a busy life with her 6 grown children, 3 granddaughters and fianc . Together they enjoy the Oregon wineries, gardening and all the PNW has to offer.
