About Ferns Dental Care, Ryan S. Ferns, DDS

Elizabeth grew up in Blue Springs, MO. As Clinical Director, she loves educating patients on their dental needs and answering questions to help them achieve a healthy smile. She became a dental assistant in 1998 and is certified with Expanded Functions in Missouri. She additionally taught at Advantage Dental Assisting School in Olathe, KS. Elizabeth is a mother of five children. Away from the office, she loves exploring the outdoors (hiking, fishing, hunting, etc) with her other half. She also greatly enjoys plants and gardening. Carrie grew up in Odessa, MO. She graduated from Adlard Dental Assisting school in 2002. She assisted for several years earning her Expanded Functions in multiple areas of the dental field. She took a sabbatical from dentistry to raise her two boys, Connor and Logan. Carrie is very active in her church including cooking dinner for the congregation every week.
