Favia Primary Care and Favia MediSpa is a family medicine practice with offices in Algonquin and Crystal Lake, Illinois, founded in 2018 by Dr. Philip Favia, a board-certified family medicine physician. The primary care side provides pediatric care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and in-office diagnostics including spirometry, ultrasound, and EKG. Favia MediSpa is the practice's aesthetic arm, offering nonsurgical treatments with the Alma Harmony XL Pro and InMode Evolve lasers, including laser hair removal, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, fat reduction, body sculpting, tattoo removal, and PRP therapy.
