Faces in Bloom is a medical spa in Vancouver, Washington, founded in February 2019 by Sarah Bloom, FNP. Bloom trained in aesthetic medicine at Skin by Lovely in Portland, Oregon before opening her own practice; her husband Forrest, RN, joined as a co-owner and injector in 2020. The practice offers injectables including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Sculptra, along with laser treatments, skincare and facials, PRP microneedling, IV infusion therapy, and medical weight loss. It serves the Vancouver, WA and greater Portland, OR metro area.
