Dr. Clary received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry . He received his DDS in 1978 and gained further experience through a general practice residency at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Iowa City . After completing his residency, he began and continues to see patients at his private practice in Ames, IA. Dr. Clary continues to learn all he can about the ever-evolving field of dentistry. He has attended a multitude of continuing education courses over the years with some of the most highly respected educators in the world, including: The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education , the Dawson Center for Advanced
