Evolve Medical Associates is a physician-owned medical spa and wellness center in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, North Carolina. It was founded in 2005 by Donald Sudy, MD, a board-certified emergency medicine physician and former Air Force flight surgeon, and began as a medical spa and wellness center before expanding into cosmetic treatments. The practice offers injectables, laser and light-based skin treatments, body contouring, medical weight loss and IV and wellness therapies, delivered by physicians, nurses and licensed estheticians. Treatment plans begin with a consultation and medical screening.
