About Evolution Health and Wellness

Our MISSION is to provide Integrated Health Care Services that address the whole person and promote health and wellness using best practices to enhance the quality of life of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. It is Our VISION to support our clients in the pursuit of their “best self.” Evolution Health and Wellness is the brainchild of Tracy Ruth APRN, who saw the need for preventative and transformative health and wellness in our community over 20 years ago. She recognized that prevention is just as, if not more important than treatment. Additionally, care can be focused on treating and remedying the causes, not simply treating the symptoms. Taking into account that the mind-body connection was an important aspect of health and wellness, Tracy embarked on a journey to help people look better, feel better, and be better.
