Everwell Woman is a cash-pay functional medicine practice for women in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, led by Terri Peña, MD and operated as Ruckus Wellness LLC. Care begins with a free online assessment, followed by a paid whole-person evaluation that includes comprehensive functional laboratory testing, a 90-minute one-to-one session with Dr. Peña, a written action plan and a follow-up session with a health coach. Patients then continue on one of two prescribed paths, a six-month intensive or a year-long essentials program. The practice works out of network and does not draw blood on site, referring patients to Quest, LabCorp or a mobile phlebotomist and mailing functional test kits to the home. Its clinical framing centers on metabolic health, muscle and movement, and the needs of midlife and perimenopausal women.
