Please keep in mind that due to our extremely busy schedules our lateness policies have changed. You will be charged for the full scheduled service and/or your session may need to be shortened if you are late within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. Anything after the 10 minute period is up to our discretion if we can accommodate you or cancel the appointment. If an appointment needs to be canceled full charge is applied. A credit card will be required to guarantee services at the time of booking. A 24 – hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge for any scheduled services. Same day cancellations will result in a full service charge on card.
