Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center was founded in 1989 by Dr. Emilio Justo, who trained first as an ophthalmologist and later as a plastic surgeon, becoming a leading Phoenix-area cosmetic and ocular surgeon. The practice provides both comprehensive medical eye care, including cataract, glaucoma, and refractive/IOL surgery, and cosmetic oculoplastic services such as blepharoplasty, brow lift, laser skin resurfacing, and injectables, across three Greater Phoenix locations. Current physicians include Dr. Patrick Kelley, a cornea and refractive-surgery specialist.
