We are a locally owned and operated medical practice in Omaha, Nebraska , founded by husband-and-wife team Gene and Robyn Rafter MSN, APRN, FNP-BC , who share a deep passion for functional medicine , proactive healthcare , and truly patient-first care . Element Wellness is built on the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, which removes insurance barriers so you get more time, better access, and care that’s actually built around your life.
