El Paso Wellness Associates, LLC is an integrative primary care practice in El Paso, Texas, opened in 2013 by married nurse practitioners Francisco J. Guerra Jr., APRN, FNP-BC, and Adriane K. Guerra, APRN, WHNP-BC. The practice combines family medicine and women's health with advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and both partners completed BHRT training through the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine in 2016 and EvexiPEL in 2019.
