EDGE Integrative Wellness is an integrative and functional medicine clinic at Plaza Palomino in Tucson, Arizona, opened in 2018 by nurse practitioner Maria Crawford. Care is built around genomic and environmental testing, with treatment plans drawn from each patient's genetic profile and toxicity load, and every new patient receives a PNOE breath analysis. Services span functional medicine and detoxification, hormone optimisation, peptide therapy, IV and NAD+ infusions, ozone therapy, medical weight loss and platelet-rich plasma tissue regeneration, alongside an aesthetics menu that includes Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling and radiofrequency skin remodelling. A recovery suite called The Revival Room offers hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic compression, vibration therapy and shockwave treatment. The clinic runs a twelve-month EDGE Plus membership that includes six medical appointments and two laboratory panels a year.
