About Eastland Dental Center

Dr. John has been a member of Eastland Dental Center since 2000. He grew up and did his under-graduate studies in Toronto, Canada. He then moved to Chicago where he graduated from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in 1999. He now enjoys living in the metro Detroit area with his family. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan State Dental Association and Oakland County Dental Association. He is proficient in cosmetic and emergency dentistry focused mainly on root canal treatment and crown, bridge and oral surgery. Sheila Buen graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1996. She has been working at Eastland Dental Center for more than 17 years where she has had the privilege of working with an amazing group of people. As a hygienist, she enjoys promoting and educating patients about the importance of good oral health and is a member of the Wolverine Dental Hygiene Society. In her free time, Sheila enjoys going t
