This patient presented with bulky crowns, asymmetrical front teeth, and yellow root surface exposed. Using a combination of crown lengthening and root coverage for the gums and 4 porcelain restorations, we recreated a balanced and harmonious smile. She looks like she was born with this smile! The original smile shows teeth that were too narrow for the smile. By bleaching and using only 4 porcelain veneers, we broadened his slender teeth to restore proper size and shape. Notice how much bigger and more confident the smile is in the after photos! The upper right front tooth was very dark due to a history of trauma and had old bonding which chipped many times throughout the years. A single veneer was placed to perfectly match the shape, contour, size, and color of the adjacent tooth. She cannot even tell which tooth is the natural one and which is the veneer! Four veneers were used to replace worn and severely broken edges of lower these lower front teeth for a clean and natural look that
