About Drs. Galligan & Villa Dental Studio

Dr. Gerard Villa earned his doctorate at New York University College of Dentistry before completing a residency program at Staten Island University Hospital. He truly loves caring for smiles and is proud to have not only reached the 43-year milestone with his dentistry partner, Dr. Thomas Galligan, but he’s excited that they’re closing in on 60 years of friendship! Dr. Galligan is known for his ability to make patients feel like family and he devotes himself to making every visit as comfortable, calm, and effective as possible. He loves being able to do everything he can to help each person in his care protect and strengthen their smiles, and he’s especially passionate about helping nervous patients receive the empathetic and efficient treatments and procedures they need. With a spectrum of experience in all areas of general dentistry, Dr. Galligan is particularly dedicated to helping patients who’ve experienced tooth loss restore their smiles with implant services.
