About Dr. William Morang, D.M.D.

Dr. William Morang, a native of Athens, is a distinguished figure in the dental community. He completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University in 2005, graduating with a double major in Cell and Molecular Biology and Spanish. Following his graduation, Dr. Morang deepened his knowledge in anatomical sciences at the University of Georgia. It was during this period that he began assisting his father, Dr. James Morang, a renowned orthodontist, in charity dental work at the Athens Nurses Clinic. These experiences, coupled with numerous mission trips to Nicaragua, Peru, and Mexico, profoundly inspired Dr. Morang to embark on a career in dentistry. Before entering dental school, Dr. Morang managed a junior sailing program in Annapolis, Maryland, for two years, showcasing his leadership skills and passion for sailing.
