About Dr. Steven Y. Luo, DDS

Steven Luo, D.D.S. is a California Board licensed cosmetic and family dentist. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in general biology at the University of California San Diego, Dr. Luo received his dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Tufts, Dr. Luo was the honorable recipient of the Tufts Academic Merit Scholarship. He was then selected to participate in a one-year hospital dentistry residency at the Sepulveda Veterans Administration Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. In the hospital setting, Dr. Luo managed many medically compromised patients and received specialty training in advanced dental techniques including hospital dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and implantology. Dr. Luo’s memberships in professional societies include the Academy of General Dentistry, the San Diego County Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
