About Dr. Stephen W. Perkins

After 41 fulfilling years, I have decided to finish my career in Facial Plastic Surgery with Meridian Plastic Surgeons at the end of 2024, pursue personal activities and enjoy my extended family. Thank you all for your continued and gracious support. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to care for my patients over the many years. I truly appreciate the confidence and trust you have placed in me, which allowed me to provide your care and desired surgical outcomes. I am very happy to have been able to enrich the lives of my patients. With gratefulness, humbleness and honor, ~ Stephen W. Perkins, MD ~ I am pleased to announce that my partner (and one of my most recent Fellows), Luke Sturgill, MD of Meridian Plastic Surgeons, is taking over the care of my patients. He is compassionate, caring, and an excellent Facial Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Sturgill has established his own reputation along with a strong patient base. His patients “love him” and are very happy with his surgical results.
