Dr. Q Wellness Center is a natural and functional medicine clinic in Worcester, Massachusetts, founded in 1990 by Dr. Abbas Qutab. The practice combines Ayurvedic, naturopathic, chiropractic, herbal, homeopathic and nutritional approaches with natural hormone replacement, vitamin therapy and anti-aging care for women, men, children and older adults. Structured programs include personal biodetoxification, women's wellness, weight loss and restorative care, supported by advanced diagnostics such as comprehensive stool profiles, cardiovascular and micronutrient panels, and detoxification genomic testing. The clinic does not accept medical insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and treats a growing number of patients travelling from other states and abroad. It also produces two in-house supplement lines, Dr. Q Probiotics and Dr. Q Vitamins.
