About Dr. Mariano Polack

Dr. Mariano A. Polack earned his dental degree in 1995 graduating at the top 1% of his class. Early in his career he received two research awards from the prestigious International Association of Dental Research. In 1997, following two years in private practice, he enrolled in the three-year Specialty Program in Prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota. Prosthodontics is the specialty that deals with the esthetic restoration and replacement of teeth with veneers, crowns, implants and removable dentures. Prosthodontists are considered the experts in creating optimal dental function and appearance. Dr. Polack graduated in 2000 obtaining a specialist certificate in Prosthodontics. In addition, he obtained a Master of Science Degree for his research leading to the development of a new system to test the bond strength of dental adhesives.
