Dr. Grant Moore, MD is an oculofacial plastic surgeon based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with additional offices across the Phoenix metro area. He is a board-certified member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ASOPRS) and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Arizona-Phoenix. He earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, completed his ophthalmology residency at UCLA's Jules Stein Eye Institute, and finished a two-year oculofacial fellowship in Salt Lake City. His practice focuses exclusively on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face, and he has performed more than 5,000 blepharoplasty procedures.
