CK Eyelid Plastic Surgery, also known as Revive Eye and Face, is a boutique oculoplastics practice in Columbus, Ohio, led by Dr. Courtney Kauh. Dr. Kauh is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon who earned her MD from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and an MS in Anatomy from Ohio State University, completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan's Kellogg Eye Center, and an ASOPRS oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She served as Assistant Professor of Oculoplastics at the OSU Wexner Medical Center for more than four years before opening her own practice. The practice treats both medical/reconstructive and cosmetic eyelid conditions, including blepharoplasty, brow lifts, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.
