Dr. Colleen L. Catera earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1996. After practicing in both New York and Connecticut, she returned to her native Long Island in 2011 to be closer to family. That same year, she purchased a dental practice in West Babylon, which she relocated to a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Babylon Village in May 2018. Patients have described this new location as peaceful and calming. Dr. Catera emphasizes building honest and open relationships with her patients, treating them with respect, kindness, and compassion. She has extensive experience assisting patients with dental anxiety, helping many overcome their fears. Her practice offers advanced technologies, including digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and Zoom in-office whitening.
