Visit Downtown Dental in Rapid City—where compassionate care meets state-of-the-art dentistry. After 25 years of serving the Rapid City community, Dr. Michael Krump is pleased to announce the transition of Downtown Dental to Dr. Austin McCullough. Dr. McCullough joined the team in July 2026 and continues to provide the comfortable environment and exceptional dental care our patients have come to know and trust. Dr. Krump selected Dr. McCullough after a thoughtful search and is confident that his clinical expertise, compassion and commitment to patient care make him an excellent fit for the practice. Originally from Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, Dr. McCullough earned his dental degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency at Idaho State University. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and serves as part-time faculty for the ISU dental residency in Boise.
