If a deposit is paid to secure an appointment they are nontransferable/nonrefundable however, this will be added to your remaining balance if service is booked. Reschedules should be done ONLY via email only. Some services require full payment or a deposit and are non-refundable to secure your appointment. This payment is non transferable and may be used for up to a year if client needs to reschedule Reschedules should be done ONLY via email, click in your confirmation and you can reschedule there. A BBL MUST be rescheduled 7 days prior to your appointment.
