He earned a bachelors degree in science at Florida A & M University. He then went on to earn a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Kiono L Barnes was born in Lansing, MI. He was raised in Diberville on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
