Dr. Johnston graduated from Ursinus College in 1999, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with a minor concentration in exercise and sports science. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Dr. Johnston went on to complete a general practice residency in hospital-based dentistry from Lehigh Valley Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Prior to relocating to Montgomery County, she practiced dentistry for seven years in her hometown of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. Dentistry is rapidly changing, and Dr. Johnston is committed to continuing her education so she can offer her patients the most modern, personalized care possible. She participates in numerous continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest research and newest technologies in dentistry.
