“I personally love to smile, which makes me want to instill this in others. In a world where it’s getting harder to make contact on a personal level, it’s hard to make others smile. Let’s take a break and smile together.” Born and raised in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, the bilingual Dr. Deliz earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. Soon after, he moved to Florida, completing a postdoctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. He moved to Tampa in 2005, where he’s resided and practiced ever since. “I personally love to smile, which makes me want to instill this in others.
