DDK Med Spa is a physician-led medical aesthetics practice inside the Moorestown Mall in Moorestown, New Jersey, founded in 2011 as "A Medical Spa at Rizzieri" and rebranded to DDK Med Spa (DGW Medical, LLC) at the same location with the same providers. It is led by founder Dr. Donna Wilcox alongside her children and co-physicians Dr. Demetri Karanzalis and Dr. Kristina Siliunas, who personally perform all injectable and physician-level procedures -- Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and laser/energy treatments -- never delegating them to non-physician staff. The practice serves South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area.
