Originally from Georgia, Dr. Dawson is excited to provide outstanding patient care right here in Charlotte, NC. Her love for restoring smiles began in high school when she had the opportunity to shadow a dentist. Observing the unique and lasting doctor-patient relationships that dentists hold and their ability to empower confidence with a healthy, radiant smile, she immediately knew she wanted to uplift others as a dentist. Dr. Dawson credits her passionate and diligent work ethic to her significant background in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading, winning two state championships and one world championship in competitive cheerleading. This led her to the University of Oregon , a frontrunner and powerhouse in the sport of Acrobatics and Tumbling. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree, she achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Howard University College of Dentistry and completed her General Practice Residency (GPR) at NYU Lutheran Medical Center .
