Honest dentistry. Real conversations. No judgment. No pressure. From a young age, Dr. Ryan Dahle loved being in business and serving people. Whether it was selling popsicles to construction workers or running a bike repair shop out of the garage, he knew early on that he wanted to be an entrepreneur. After serving a two-year mission in Mexico, Ryan started a landscape concrete company, returned to school, and earned a business degree. But it wasn’t until age 30—with a growing family and a desire to do more—that he made the leap into dentistry. Dr. Dahle graduated from Roseman University in 2015 and has been practicing ever since. After working in corporate dentistry for just one year, he knew there had to be a better way to treat people—without pressure, without quotas, and without forgetting that real people sit in the chair.
