Cosmetic Ink Artistry’s owner, Michelle Lynn , is the Permanent MakeUp Specialist you can count on! She entered the salon industry in 1999. Since then she has been following beauty and fashion trends as they are ever-changing. Moving to Orange County in 2009 from Central California, Michelle wanted to make a shift in her beauty skills as she fell in love with the art of Permanent Makeup . Since entering the Permanent Make Up Industry Michelle has obtained over a dozen certifications in advanced courses to improve and increase her skill level and the services she offers. Michelle has an associates degree in Biological Science and a license in Phlebotomy, she is also working on obtaining her Registered Nursing license to further her career into med services.
