WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours must be made directly via call or text and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A card is required on file when booking to hold your appointment. It will not be charged until the time of your service unless you cancel within 48 hours or no-show. Appointment reminders are sent via text 72 hours before your scheduled time, allowing you to confirm or make changes on your own. Please know that this policy is never personal—it simply allows me to respect everyone's time, including other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
