The practice is staffed by physicians who each carry a small patient panel of fewer than 400 patients and offer same-day appointments with 24/7 direct physician access. It was founded by Dr. Marlon Gilbert and later expanded into Brickell under Dr. Brian Raitzin. Services span concierge primary and internal medicine, rheumatology, and medical aesthetics.
