The concierge model gives members a smaller patient panel, longer visits, and greater provider access than standard family medicine. Alongside primary care, the practice offers Botox and Dysport injections, dermal fillers, PRP, chemical peels, and body contouring, all performed by Dr. Mazza and a licensed medical aesthetician.
