Dr. Slade received his BS in Biology at Idaho State University and later his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Touro College of Dental Medicine in New York. In dental school, he received the Excellence in Operative Dentistry award among his cohorts. Moreover, he has always had a passion for education and continues to learn modern dentistry to promote better health in the community. Plus, he is grateful to serve as a healthcare provider. Outside of the office, Dr. Slade likes to hunt, fish, bike, and spend time with his wife and four daughters. Great place, great staff and great dentist!! Very thorough exam and cleaning! They made me feel comfortable!
