Clinic Concierge is a direct-pay house-call and in-clinic healthcare and medical spa service founded in 2021 by Lauren Payne, FNP, and Shayla Dunlap, FNP, both board-certified family nurse practitioners. The practice provides medical, wellness, and cosmetic services — including IV hydration, Botox and Dysport, chemical peels, microneedling, and weight-loss management — through in-home visits and clinic locations across Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, Texas, with no membership required. The Fort Worth team is led by Erica Hicks, FNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience.
