He is an experienced eye surgeon and has performed thousands of successful cataract and laser ophthalmic procedures. In addition to being a skilled surgeon, Dr. Akhtar is an inventor with several patents to his name. Some of his most notable inventions include a device to measure eye pressure very accurately and an inventory management system for eye surgeries.
